Overview

A multi-location outpatient therapy provider is seeking a Treating Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations at its Oakland clinic while maintaining an active patient caseload. This role blends hands-on clinical care with site leadership, financial oversight, and community outreach to referral sources, making it a key driver of both patient outcomes and center growth.

What you'll do

• Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, including performance reviews and employee relations
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency
• Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering
• Drive local marketing efforts to grow referral relationships

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program
• Current state licensure and CPR certification
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds
