Overview
A national property management company overseeing a portfolio of large apartment communities is seeking a Senior or District-level Property Manager for a large townhome community in West Bloomfield, MI. This is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of a large-scale residential property.
What you'll do
- Oversee all operations of a large-scale apartment/townhome community
- Manage and lead a team of 6+ direct reports
- Drive property performance to support quarterly bonus opportunities
- Support rehab and renovation efforts for older units as needed
Required qualifications
- Experience managing properties of 300+ units
- Experience overseeing a team of 6+ people
- At least 2+ years of experience as a District Manager, Regional Manager, or extensive experience as a Sr. Property Manager
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with rehab properties highly preferred
- CAM certification preferred but not required
