Overview

A well-established breast imaging center located in a vibrant Detroit suburb is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to lead its imaging services. This role offers the opportunity to head a dedicated Breast Imaging Center, working alongside a dynamic team of women's health and radiology professionals in a growing regional healthcare network.

What you'll do

• Interpret screening and diagnostic mammography, tomosynthesis, and breast ultrasound studies
• Perform breast biopsies, including ultrasound-guided and stereotactic procedures
• Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient-centered care
• Provide oversight on MQSA compliance, imaging protocols, quality standards, and patient safety
• Engage in case conferences, departmental meetings, and continuous learning initiatives
• Support the integration of advanced imaging technology, AI tools, and workflow enhancements

Required qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Women's Imaging, Mammography, or Body Imaging
