Location: Columbus, OH (Relocation Assistance Available) | Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Compensation: Up to $175,000 base salary + Performance Bonuses

Overview

A construction management organization specializing in multifamily and rehabilitation projects is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead its project teams. This is a critical leadership role overseeing multiple scattered projects, ideally on a nationwide scale, guiding construction from inception to completion while ensuring safety, timeliness, and profitability.

What you'll do

• Direct assigned multifamily and rehab construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, and contract negotiations to ensure profitable, on-time completion
• Oversee and coordinate multiple scattered projects simultaneously across various locations
• Directly supervise, mentor, and support Project Managers, fostering a high-performance team culture and assisting with hiring and training
• Serve as the primary point person for resolving project bottlenecks, managing stakeholder communications, and maintaining exceptional client relationships
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and construction procedures are consistently upheld across all job sites
• Support strategic sales and marketing efforts to win new business and grow customer accounts

Required qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role with direct experience in multifamily construction
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing rehab construction projects
• Experience managing multiple scattered projects, ideally on a nationwide basis
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (OR an equivalent combination of 2–4 years of industry experience and training)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and project management software
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong financial acumen, and the leadership presence to present effectively to executives, clients, and project teams

Preferred qualifications

• Market rate, affordable, or senior living multifamily experience is highly beneficial
• Prolog experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling techniques, such as Primavera or SureTrack, is a plus

• Base salary capped at $175,000, weekly pay, and performance-based bonuses
