An established, physician-owned orthopedic group in the western suburbs of Philadelphia is seeking a Physical Therapy Manager to lead its outpatient clinical team. This role blends hands-on patient care with operational leadership, offering a chance to shape both clinical outcomes and day-to-day performance within a collaborative orthopedic setting.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage an outpatient physical therapy team
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinic staff
- Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and performance initiatives

Required qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
