Overview
A healthcare services provider is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical care. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary
- Maintain timely documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity
- Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care
- Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations
Required qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- Current state licensure
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
- Ability to remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift
