Location: Gratiot, OH | Schedule: Full-time or part-time (31hrs, 33 hrs, or 40hrs per week), on-site | Compensation: $39.50/hr to $53/hr, depending on experience

Overview

A well-regarded hospital system in a scenic rural area of east central Ohio, close to nearby city amenities, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while growing professionally within a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment.

What you'll do

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the rehabilitation service
• Deliver group and/or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms
• Report to the Rehab Manager and collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
• Have the opportunity to cover multiple units, gaining cross-training and broader clinical experience
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation

Required qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy License, or ability to obtain one
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting (e.g., Acute Rehab, SNF, Acute Medical, Outpatient, Home Health, and/or Behavioral Health)

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $39.50/hr to $53/hr, depending on experience
• Positions available at 31hrs, 33 hrs, or 40hrs per week
• Full benefits package including a sign-on bonus
