Overview
A patient-focused healthcare provider is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, individualized care while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role is key to ensuring patients receive effective treatment and a positive care experience.
What you'll do
- Follow all applicable state laws and company policies
- Complete required Medicare, OSHA, and continuing education training
- Evaluate and treat patients, document care clearly, and meet all deadlines
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and third-party payers
- Participate in facility meetings and maintain current CPR certification
Required qualifications
- CAPTE-accredited degree or equivalent
- Current state licensure
- CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients
- Ability to walk, stand, and reach throughout the day
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and reporting
