Overview
An established healthcare services provider is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical care in Phoenix, AZ. This role is key to ensuring excellent patient outcomes through hands-on treatment, documentation, and supervision of support staff.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate records of goals, progress, and medical necessity
- Supervise and coach assistants and aides to ensure quality care delivery
- Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations
Required qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- Current state licensure
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently
- Ability to remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift
