What you'll do
- Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service line
- Deliver group and/or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms
- Report to the Rehab Manager and collaborate with a supportive care team
- Utilize computerized documentation (Epic) for accurate and efficient record-keeping
- Conduct evaluations and treatments using treatment areas on each unit and a home management area (including a washer/dryer) in the main OT department
- Follow a structured schedule with blocked times for documentation to support efficient workflow
- Potential focus on Pediatric Rehab for one of the available positions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Ohio OT license
- Certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapists
Compensation and benefits
- Compensation ranging from $35.50/hr to $48/hr, depending on experience
