Overview

A high-volume warehouse operation running three shifts with approximately 100 employees is seeking a Human Resources and Recruiting Manager to lead people operations for the facility. This role is critical to keeping the building fully staffed with reliable, engaged talent across all functions and shifts.

What you'll do

• Serve as the Human Resources and Recruiting Manager for a three shift, approximately 100 employee warehouse
• Run full-cycle hiring for the entire building, including shipping and receiving managers, leads and supervisors, forklift and reach truck operators, unloaders, order pickers, and inventory specialists
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and hiring for all open roles
• Create and maintain an onboarding process that gets new hires productive quickly and keeps them engaged and returning
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on the warehouse floor to identify and resolve issues before they escalate
• Build and sustain a workplace environment that supports employee retention

Required qualifications

• Experience recruiting and hiring in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other high-volume hourly environment
• Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and hiring
• Experience creating or improving onboarding processes for hourly, high-turnover environments
• Willingness and ability to be present on the floor across shifts and build approachable relationships with staff

Preferred qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish
