Overview
A home care services provider is seeking a Home Care Sales Representative to build and expand referral relationships that connect patients with personalized in-home care. This role is central to growing the organization's presence in the community and ensuring patients receive the support they need at home.
What you'll do
- Develop referrals for home care services
- Develop new referral sources while strengthening existing relationships
- Represent the company as a trusted resource for personalized and customized home care services to patients in their homes
Required qualifications
- Must speak Russian
- Demonstrated success securing referrals for LHCSA home care services
- Established network of referral sources
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software
