Location: Tualatin, OR | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Compensation: $18.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)

Overview

A leading industrial distributor is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join its Tualatin, OR team. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for customers and a key support partner to the outside sales team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do

• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, stock, and shipping dates
• Process phone orders and enter sales data accurately
• Quote prices and fulfill orders to exact customer specifications
• Partner with the outside sales team to source products and prepare price quotes

Required qualifications

• Prior inside sales or customer service experience required
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent communication, highly organized, and able to multitask independently
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a primarily seated office setting with occasional warehouse interaction (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs)

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years in metalworking or industrial supply highly preferred
• Profit 21 (P21) experience is a major plus
