Overview
An established, stable precision manufacturer experiencing significant growth is adding a Customer Service Representative to support customers and keep information flowing across a busy manufacturing operation. This is not a call-center role, but more of an information hub position, managing orders, forecasts, and priorities while coordinating across departments.
What you'll do
- Manage customer orders, forecasts, changes and priorities
- Work regularly in Excel to organize and reconcile customer information
- Coordinate with production, purchasing and other internal teams
- Respond to customer questions regarding orders, timing and requirements
- Triage competing priorities and follow issues through to resolution
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Build strong working relationships with customers and coworkers
Required qualifications
- Comfortable working in Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Good with customers
- Able to multitask and switch gears without losing track of details
