Overview
A multi-location heavy-duty truck and semi-trailer dealership is seeking a highly organized Corporate Parts Manager to optimize resources and deliver exceptional service. In this leadership role, you will oversee inventory, support sales and service teams, and ensure customer satisfaction across the organization's operations.
What you'll do
- Maintain a balanced inventory for the service department, shop, retail, and wholesale accounts
- Resolve disputes and manage warranty situations promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track market pricing, analyze "Lost Sales" data, and make strategic pricing recommendations
- Collaborate with outside sales staff to meet customer requirements
- Oversee and reconcile all COD parts transactions and maintain effective point-of-purchase displays
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of successful heavy-duty truck and trailer parts operations management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in shop environments and meet the physical demands of the role (standing, walking, lifting, reaching)
Preferred qualifications
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is preferred
- Purchasing experience is a plus
- ASE Certification is a plus

- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
