Overview

A prominent large law firm is growing its Class Action Practice Group and seeking a Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel with a labor and employment focus. This is an opportunity to litigate high-stakes, innovative class action matters alongside a collaborative team of skilled professionals.

What you'll do

• Litigate a variety of high-profile class action cases, with a particular focus on labor and employment class actions
• Develop case strategies and provide support throughout all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trial
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions
• Maintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectively

Required qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
• Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on class actions
• Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL matters; wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issues; and products liability and consumer fraud disputes
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues

Compensation and benefits

• Expected annual base salary of $350,000+, as determined by experience and market factors
