Overview
An established U.S. engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced structural engineer to lead complex projects and mentor design teams. The role involves working on steel, concrete, and masonry structures for a variety of commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients.
What you'll do
- Direct and oversee design work from concept through completion
- Manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and in-house engineering teams
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineer or Professional Engineer license
- 8+ years' experience in structural design and project leadership
- Skilled with tools like Office, AutoCAD, and related software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
