Overview
A behavioral health services provider is seeking a licensed BCBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals and families in the Baltimore area. This role is central to ensuring high-quality, consistent behavioral support across client homes and communities.
What you'll do
- Travel to client locations to provide services
- Conduct assessments, including functional analyses
- Design and oversee behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
- Support development of adaptive life skills
- Supervise RBTs and associate behavior analysts
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) regarding implementation and documentation of Behavior Support Plans
- Conduct parent trainings
- Maintain communication with parents and RBTs
- Coordinate with the corporate office
Required qualifications
- Licensed BCBA in Maryland (LBA)
Preferred qualifications
- Prior BCBA experience preferred
