Overview
An established outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in the Kansas City metro area is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join its growing team. The clinic serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorder within an ABA-based setting, and this role offers the chance to step into an existing, high-demand caseload while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
What you'll do
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3–6
- Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30–60 minutes
- Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals
- Complete documentation using OpenEMR
- Manage your daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours
Required qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist; SLPA also welcome
- Interest in working with a pediatric population
- Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for providing individualized, child-centered care
Compensation and benefits
- Compensation: $80,000–$130,000+
- Annual compensation increases
