Overview

An established outpatient therapy provider is seeking a Treating Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of its clinics while continuing to treat a full patient caseload. This role blends hands-on clinical practice with center leadership, combining staff supervision, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and local marketing to referral sources to support the center's growth.

What you'll do

• Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, including performance reviews and employee relations
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency
• Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation
• Ensure adherence to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering
• Drive local marketing efforts to referral sources to support center growth

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program
• Current state licensure
• CPR certification
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds
