Location: Princeton, NJ | Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Compensation: $60–$85/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Overview
A modern outpatient clinical practice in Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join its team and expand into the growing field of theranostics. Candidates must hold both Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification and Registered Radiologic Technologist certification, as both are required to work in NJ. Prior theranostics experience is not required, as training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy will be provided. This is a strong opportunity for an NMT coming from a hospital, cancer center, PET/CT department, academic medical center, nuclear medicine practice, or outpatient imaging center who is ready to build specialized expertise while working closely with physicians and oncology patients.
What you'll do
- Provide high-quality nuclear medicine services in an outpatient setting
- Work independently while collaborating closely with physicians and the clinical team
- Maintain strong radiation safety and quality standards
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Develop expertise in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy
- Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their treatment experience
Required qualifications
- Strong Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Certified in Nuclear Medicine
- Certified as a Registered Radiologic Technologist
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment
- Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
- Strong understanding of radiation safety
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable working closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team
Compensation and benefits
- $60–$85/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
