Location: Warden, WA | Schedule: Part-time, night shift, on-site | Compensation: RRT $40.84hr-$55.46hr, CRT $38hr-$46.50hr, plus shift differentials

Overview

A community healthcare organization located in a scenic area of Central Washington is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join its respiratory care team. The organization serves a broad regional population and is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to community-focused care.

What you'll do

• Provide specialized respiratory assessment and care to patients with respiratory disorders, commensurate with training, experience, and competence
• Recommend treatment plans and implement care as directed by the patient's attending physician and hospital protocol

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA accredited two (2) year Respiratory Care Practitioner education program (or equivalent criteria for state regulatory requirements)
• RRT eligible, or RRT credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• State of Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification/License

Preferred qualifications

• 2 years experience preferred

Compensation and benefits

• Night shift, 7pm-7:30am, with rotating weekends, 24hrs a week
• Hourly range for RRT: $40.84hr-$55.46hr
• Hourly range for CRT: $38hr-$46.50hr, depending on experience
• Shift differentials: evenings $3hr, nights $4hr, weekends $2.25hr
• Sign-on bonus of $7500K
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance up to $5K
