Maintenance Manager – Corrugated Packaging

Overview
An established corrugated packaging manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee its maintenance department and ensure the facility runs safely and efficiently. This role works closely with other department managers to drive operational success and lead positive change across the plant.
What you'll do
- Provide oversight and leadership for the maintenance department, collaborating with other department managers to support facility success
- Supervise maintenance staff, ensuring a safe working environment and effective performance
- Institute a successful safety strategy to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Create clear goals for all onsite personnel with sustainable methods to maximize safety planning and implementation
- Develop and provide an effective facility maintenance plan
- Oversee KPI reporting and delivery to support plant effectiveness and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Experience within a corrugated packaging facility
- 7+ years of Maintenance supervisory experience within a corrugate facility
- Technical degree in Engineering, with preference to Bachelors
Preferred qualifications
- 7+ years of supervisory level experience or higher within the industry, ideally
- Preference given to candidates with a degree at the Bachelors level in Engineering
