Overview

A respected hospital known for its commitment to exceptional patient care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join its Rehabilitation team. What you'll do

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service line
• Deliver group and/or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms
• Report to the Rehab Manager and collaborate with a supportive care team
• Utilize computerized documentation (Epic) for accurate and efficient record-keeping
• Conduct evaluations and treatments using treatment areas on each unit and a home management area (including a washer/dryer) in the main OT department
• Follow a structured schedule with blocked times for documentation to support efficient workflow
• Potential focus on Pediatric Rehab for one of the available positions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Ohio OT license
• Certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapists

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation ranging from $35.50/hr to $48/hr, depending on experience
