Location: Buckeye Lake, OH | Schedule: Full-time, on-site (1.0 or .9 FTE) | Compensation: $23.48hr-$31.50hr depending on experience

Overview

A well-regarded hospital in a scenic rural setting, within easy reach of a major city, is seeking a Surgical Tech to join its Surgical Services team. This organization is known for building healthcare teams committed to exceeding patient and community expectations, and this role plays a key part in supporting successful surgical and obstetrical outcomes.

What you'll do

• Function as part of the surgical team to provide care during the intra-operative phase of surgical or obstetrical procedures
• Apply knowledge of instrumentation and equipment to help ensure the best possible outcome for each patient
• Support procedures in surgery as well as labor and delivery
• Participate in call coverage, including weekday call starting at shift end and running until 7a the next day, and weekend call split between Call 1 and Call 2 shifts from Saturday 7a to Monday 7a

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program (some existing staff grandfathered in due to a change in this requirement)

Compensation and benefits

• Pay range of $23.48hr-$31.50hr depending on experience

• Full-time position, either 1.0 or .9 FTE
• Shift options include 5-8s, 4-10s, or 3-12s, with start times of 7am-3:30pm, 7am-5:30pm, or 7am-7:30pm; two night shift tech positions available working 7p-7a
