Overview
A heavy civil construction company is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport, TN area. This role is critical to ensuring large-scale grading and utility projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
What you'll do
- Lead a workforce of 30-40 employees on grading and utility projects
- Coordinate and oversee 15+ subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed within design specifications, budget, and schedule
- Manage projects ranging from $5M to $90M in value
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with TDOT is ideal but not required
