Overview
A growing outpatient primary care practice in Holiday, Florida, part of the greater Tampa Bay area, is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its value-based care team. The practice focuses on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and quality outcomes through continuity of care and meaningful provider-patient relationships, offering a stable outpatient setting rather than high-volume throughput.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Deliver value-based, quality-focused care with an emphasis on preventive medicine
- Manage chronic diseases and long-term patient health needs
- Build continuity of care through long-term patient relationships
- Manage a manageable patient panel in a relationship-based care model
- Contribute to the growth of an expanding primary care organization
Required qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible Florida medical license
- Comfortable practicing in an outpatient primary care setting
- Interest in value-based care and preventive medicine
- Strong focus on quality, access, patient satisfaction, and chronic disease management
- New graduates welcome
Preferred qualifications
- Managed care experience a plus
- eClinicalWorks experience a plus
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary range of $270,000–$300,000
- Relocation and/or sign-on bonus opportunities

- Outpatient-only practice with no nights, no hospital rounding, and no inpatient call
