Overview
A leading Philadelphia-area HVAC mechanical company is seeking a Service Manager to lead and grow its commercial HVAC service department. This is a stable, rapidly growing organization looking to aggressively expand its service operations, offering a great opportunity for an experienced leader to make a significant impact. This is a Non-Union Position.
What you'll do
- Oversee the scheduling, execution, billing, and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs
- Develop budgets and meet revenue and gross margin targets
- Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs
- Conduct monthly financial performance analysis and report findings to management, taking corrective action as needed
- Manage assets efficiently, including inventory and company service vehicles
- Build a high-performance culture through annual performance reviews and development initiatives
- Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians
Required qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department
- Stable employment history and a proven track record of success
