Overview

A well-established community health organization is seeking a dedicated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Pediatrician to join its outpatient team, offering an exceptional work-life balance with zero call obligations and a schedule that strictly aligns with standard clinic hours, while delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse pediatric patient population.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations
