A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney specializing in litigation to join its Milwaukee office. What you'll do

• Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on real estate, corporate, and contract law
• Conduct all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Participate actively in trial conduct and appellate work
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case status
• Chair client corporate meetings and manage administrative staff effectively

Required qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin
• At least 5 years of relevant litigation experience
• Proven track record of dedication and hard work
• Proficiency in using Microsoft operating systems and advanced legal software
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends for client meetings
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage high workloads efficiently
