Overview
An established hospice care provider is seeking a driven Hospice Sales / Liaison professional to grow referral relationships in the Medical Center & S. San Antonio territory. This role is critical to connecting patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care services through strong community and healthcare partnerships.
What you'll do
- Promote hospice programs and services with energy and compassion
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who refer or may refer to hospice
- Identify and cultivate new and existing referral sources within the Medical Center & S. San Antonio territory
- Work independently to meet sales and outreach goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Required qualifications
- Hospice or Home Health Sales Experience required, no exceptions
- 2 or more years of proven, successful experience promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services
- Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years required
- Local candidate with established referral sources
- Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
- Familiarity with Contact Management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Stable work history with proven, verifiable performance
