Overview
An early intervention and preschool therapy provider is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver itinerant speech-language services to children from birth to age five. This full-time or part-time, direct hire role covers a defined local territory within one hour of Rochester, NY, including the Finger Lakes, Canandaigua, and Brockport areas, working across homes, daycares, preschools, and clinic settings.
What you'll do
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to children ages birth to 5
- Provide services across a variety of natural settings including homes, preschools, daycares, and clinics
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinical and educational professionals
- Support children and families through individualized, developmentally appropriate care
What you'll need
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification as Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) or Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- CFY candidates encouraged to apply
Compensation and benefits
- $55–$65 per hour (fee-for-service), equivalent to approximately $55,000–$65,000 annually
