Overview
A well-established, physician-led women's health practice located in Fulton, Maryland is seeking a full-time General OB/GYN to join its collaborative clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a supportive, team-oriented environment, and is well-suited to compassionate clinicians, including new graduates.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice
- Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
- Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated
- Participate in shared call responsibilities, with call split equally among physicians
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
Required qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Maryland medical licensure
- New graduates welcome
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
Compensation and benefits
- $300K per year base compensation
- $30K SOB
