Overview

An established outpatient therapy provider is seeking a Treating Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a therapy center while maintaining a full patient caseload. This hybrid clinical-leadership role is key to ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and continued growth of the center through local referral relationships.

What you'll do

• Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, including conducting performance reviews and managing employee relations
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency
• Evaluate and treat patients directly, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation
• Ensure adherence to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering
• Drive growth through local marketing efforts to referral sources

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program
• Current state licensure
• CPR certification
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds
