Overview
A growing, multi-office public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager who is ready to progress toward a Tax Partner role. This position focuses on providing tax and business consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses, playing a key role in client relationships and firm growth.
What you'll do
- Provide tax and business consulting services to small to medium-sized business clients
- Supervise 2-3 tax staffers
- Manage, direct, and review work related to federal, state & local and franchise tax
- Conduct tax review to ensure accuracy and compliance
Required qualifications
- Public Accounting experience
- Experience with supervision of staff
- Strong background in tax review
- Knowledge of federal, state & local and franchise tax
Preferred qualifications
- Auto Dealer client experience is a big plus
Compensation and benefits
- $130,000 - $140,000 base salary
- Bonus
