Overview

A growing technology company specializing in high-speed electronics is seeking a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager to support its regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives. This dual-role position blends technical customer engagement with marketing responsibilities, playing a key part in advancing the company's signal integrity capabilities and market presence.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers across the USA to understand and address their signal integrity requirements, presenting tailored solutions involving products, test reports, and simulations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs and support customer-specific applications, ensuring alignment with high-frequency and EMI requirements
• Lead research and development initiatives, contributing to industry standards and identifying emerging trends in electronics
• Represent the company at trade events and industry symposiums, facilitating technical discussions and networking with key industry players
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test reports and technical papers, to support sales and marketing efforts
• Provide training and technical support to sales teams, enhancing their understanding of signal integrity concepts and their impact on product performance
• Coordinate with product partners to explore new technologies and solutions for enhanced customer offerings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom industries
• Proficiency with ANSYS HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers and experience with high-speed lab equipment
• Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts and analytical skills to troubleshoot high-speed systems
• Experience with high-speed signals up to 224 Gbps

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with high-speed signals up to 448 Gbps
• Familiarity with industry specifications like IEEE 802.3 and tools such as CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS is beneficial
• Knowledge of Python or C# are advantageous
