A multi-concept restaurant group with a polished, full-service dining brand in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead high-volume operations. This role is central to maintaining exceptional service standards and driving continued success in a thriving, competitive market.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operations of a high-volume, polished full-service restaurant
- Lead, train, and inspire a team to uphold high standards of service
- Oversee culinary operations with an emphasis on scratch cooking practices
- Manage bar operations, including wine program and beverage service
- Drive business performance to support annual net sales exceeding $6 million
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant with annual net sales exceeding $6 million
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while upholding high standards of service
- In-depth knowledge of culinary practices with a focus on scratch cooking
- Strong expertise in bar operations, including extensive wine knowledge
- Demonstrated commitment to growth and excellence, with a solid tenure in previous roles
