Overview
An established manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Polisher/Deburrer to join its production team on second shift. This role is essential to ensuring finished parts meet exacting quality and tolerance standards before they move further through the manufacturing process.
What you'll do
- Operate hand-held buffers and polishers to achieve a high level of detail and finish
- Perform deburring work on manufactured parts
- Complete finishing operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and surfaces, radius chords, polishing, and breaking sharp edges as required
- Work on parts with close tolerances and complex shapes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in the field
- 5+ yrs experience in hand finishing, polishing, and deburring
- Understanding of GD&T
- Skilled in inspection of close tolerance parts
