Overview
A hospice care provider is seeking a high-energy, compassionate Hospice Sales Executive to grow referral relationships across San Jose and surrounding areas. This role is central to expanding the organization's presence with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who refer patients to hospice care.
What you'll do
- Promote hospice programs and services to physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources that currently refer or may refer to hospice
- Work within an assigned territory covering San Jose and surrounding areas
- Operate independently to identify and pursue new referral relationships
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
Required qualifications
- Hospice or Home Health Sales Experience required, no exceptions
- 2 or more years of successful experience promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services
- Local candidate with established referral sources
- Proven and verifiable performance track record
- Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
- Familiarity with Contact Management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Stable work history
