Overview
A home health and hospice care provider serving the Plano, TX area is seeking a driven sales liaison to grow referral relationships across the community. This role is central to connecting physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities with the organization's Hospice and Home Health programs and services.
What you'll do
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who refer or may refer patients to hospice or home health care
- Represent the organization's Hospice or Home Health programs and services with energy, compassion, and professionalism
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to local referral networks
- Operate independently to manage a territory and meet goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Required qualifications
- Hospice or Home Health Sales Experience required, no exceptions
- 2 or more years of proven, successful experience promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services
- Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
- Based locally with established referral sources
- Demonstrated ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
- Familiarity with Contact Management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Stable, verifiable work history with a proven track record of performance
