Overview
A hospice and home health care provider is seeking a driven sales and marketing professional to grow referral relationships across the Dallas, TX area. This role is central to expanding the organization's reach and connecting patients and families with essential hospice and home health services.
What you'll do
- Promote unique hospice or home health programs and services with energy and compassion
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice
- Expand and diversify referral source relationships across the local community
Required qualifications
- Hospice or Home Health Sales Experience required, no exceptions
- 2 or more years of proven, successful experience promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services (2 years required)
- Local candidate with established referral sources
- Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
- Familiarity with Contact Management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Stable, verifiable work history with proven performance
