A high-end, high-volume fine dining restaurant in Austin, TX is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its kitchen team and deliver an exceptional Mediterranean-inspired dining experience. This role is central to maintaining culinary excellence, consistent quality, and a thriving guest experience.
What you'll do
- Lead and inspire a kitchen team within a busy fine dining environment
- Ensure consistent food quality and maintain rigorous cleanliness standards

Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant executive chef management
- Skilled in scratch cooking with a focus on Mediterranean flavors
- Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchens
Preferred qualifications
- Some corporate experience to leverage systems knowledge is a plus
