Overview

A mission-driven, multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare organization serving diverse and medically underserved communities throughout the greater Los Angeles area is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist. The organization operates multiple state-of-the-art outpatient clinics delivering specialty care for complex metabolic, thyroid, and endocrine disorders, and this role offers the chance to practice community-focused medicine alongside an integrated care team, with a predictable schedule and no hospital call burdens.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services to adult patients presenting with endocrine, metabolic, and hormonal disorders
• Design, implement, and monitor complex clinical management plans for advanced diabetes care, utilizing continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pump therapy where appropriate
• Serve as the subject matter expert and consultant for the primary care team, collaborating across disciplines to ensure a seamless continuum of care
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely patient records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Participate in internal quality improvement initiatives, diabetes education programs, and population health strategies to optimize chronic disease outcomes
• Educate patients and their support systems on long-term treatment protocols, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
• In process or completing fellowship in Endocrinology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Endocrinology
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain) and valid DEA registration

• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and an entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset
