Overview
A behavioral health services provider is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals and families in their homes. This role is central to coordinating assessments, treatment planning, and supervision that help clients build adaptive life skills and achieve meaningful behavioral outcomes.
What you'll do
- Travel to client homes to provide direct services
- Write individualized treatment plans
- Supervise clients' programs and progress
- Oversee programming of associate behavior analysts
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) regarding implementation and documentation of Behavior Support Plans
- Conduct function analyses, assessments, and behavior acquisition/reduction procedures
- Report to the clinical director
Required qualifications
- BCBA certification
- LBA in NC
- Valid driver's license
