Overview
A skilled nursing facility in Springfield, MO is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its clinical team. The organization places a strong emphasis on quality care and customer service, with a particular focus on treating patients in place whenever possible to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
What you'll do
- Assure delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including administering injections and immunizations
- Perform suturing and manage wounds and infections
- Instruct and counsel patients by describing therapeutic regimens and providing normal growth and development information
Required qualifications
- MO nursing license
- New graduates will be considered
Compensation and benefits
- Salary of $130,000 to $155,000
- RVU bonus plan
- Full benefits package: Medical/Dental/Vision
- HSA/FSA
- 4 weeks PTO
- $1500 CME allowance and 1 week for CME
- Malpractice coverage
- 401k
