Overview

An established wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join its team with greater flexibility, autonomy, and long-term ownership potential. This is an opportunity for a proven advisor to bring their established book of business into a firm structure that offers increased control over operations and financial performance, along with the potential for firm equity.

What you'll do

  • Bring and manage an established book of business with approximately $1MM+ in Assets Under Management (AUM)
  • Contribute to the firm's overall growth and financial performance
  • Take on greater ownership and influence over business operations and the P&L
  • Build toward long-term equity and ownership within the firm

Required qualifications

  • Experienced Wealth Advisor with a proven track record
  • Approximately $1MM+ in AUM to bring to the firm
  • Currently established in the Boulder, Colorado area
  • Local candidates only; relocation candidates will not be considered

Preferred qualifications

  • Ideally seeking greater independence and ownership in their next career step
  • Values flexibility and increased influence over business operations and financial performance
  • Interested in building long-term equity rather than simply managing a book of clients
