What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations of a high-volume, polished full-service restaurant
• Lead, train, and inspire a team to uphold high standards of service
• Oversee culinary operations with an emphasis on scratch cooking practices
• Manage bar operations, including wine program and beverage service
• Drive business performance to support annual net sales exceeding $6 million

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant with annual net sales exceeding $6 million
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while upholding high standards of service
• In-depth knowledge of culinary practices with a focus on scratch cooking
• Strong expertise in bar operations, including extensive wine knowledge
