What you'll need

  • J.D. from a respected law school with strong academics
  • Active California Bar membership
  • At least 3 years of experience in IP transactions, licensing, and/or portfolio management
  • Admission to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office
  • Strong ability to develop strategic, business-oriented solutions to IP challenges
