Overview
An independent community hospital with a hospital-employed medical practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join its general urology team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive urologic care while incorporating subspecialty interests, making a meaningful impact within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
- Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
- Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
Required qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license
- Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
- Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care
