Overview

A well-established and growing healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Rheumatologist to join its team. What you'll do

• Provide specialized diagnostic, treatment, and management services for a full spectrum of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic focused on chronic disease management and complex multi-system autoimmune cases
• Oversee in-office infusion services, including administration and monitoring of biologic therapies
• Perform clinical procedures such as joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of comprehensive treatment plans
• Educate patients on long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications

Required qualifications

• Board Certified in Rheumatology, or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
• Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license
