Location: Rutherfordton, NC | Schedule: Full-time, on-site; standard shifts 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 1-2 on-call shifts weekly and a 30-minute response time for call-backs required | Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 annually, plus $20,000 sign-on bonus

Overview

An established healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as an Operating Room Circulator. This role is central to ensuring safe, efficient surgical operations within a collaborative environment that values clinical expertise, innovation, and compassionate patient care.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow
• Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to achieve superior patient outcomes

Required qualifications

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
• Associate’s degree in nursing required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
