Overview

A prominent international law firm with a nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its collaborative, high-performing team. This is an opportunity to advise on sophisticated real estate transactions across multiple markets and industries, with exposure to significant financing matters and cross-office collaboration.

What you'll do

• Represent lenders and other clients in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related transaction documents
• Conduct title and survey review, analysis, and resolution of related issues
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on real estate financing structures and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with team members across offices to support a diverse and dynamic real estate practice

Required qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2-8 years of substantive experience in real estate law
• Demonstrated experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence
• Strong analytical ability, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and benefits

• Expected annual salary range of $235,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
• Eligibility for the firm's generous bonus structure
